MCR swiftly repeated...

The great Boulder Ruckle scrub clearance!

James Pearson made a lightning visit to the New Cuttings recently and made the second ascent of Dan Kennard's 'My Chemical Romance', and added a new, lower, sit-start(the Black Parade). James' Pearsons visit comes after an impressive trip to Switzerland, where he flashed V13(!) and sent another V13/14. James commented that the problem 'felt high', and was a steady font 8a(V11). Read more about James' exploits at Freak Climbing>>. The Boulder Ruckle crag clearance passed off successfully(see below), with a large swathe of the cliff top exits cleared in the Thunderball area. A large number of belay stakes were found about 4 metres inside the dense thicket. Scott Titt would like to thank all those who attended.
